SUPPORT FOR THE PEOPLE SUPPORTING EVERYONE ELSE
Your employees are caring for Mum and Dad.
And trying to hold everything together at work.
When a parent ages or develops dementia, it doesn't stay neatly at home. There are appointments to organise. Calls to take. Decisions to make. Sleepless nights. And often, no idea what to do next.

Melissa gives employees practical, expert support to navigate it, so they feel less overwhelmed
and more confident about what to do next.

THE MISSING PIECE
There's a gap in your wellbeing program.
Your employees can access support for mental health, parenting, finances and other major life challenges.
But what happens when Mum develops dementia?
Suddenly, an employee may be trying to manage appointments, difficult behaviours, family decisions, home care and aged care, while still showing up for work.
And unlike many other life stages, there's often no clear roadmap and no specialist to turn to.
This is the gap My Dementia Playbook fills.
The impact doesn't stay at home.

Waiting until something goes wrong.
WITH MELISSA & THE PLAYBOOK
Clearer
“I know what to do next.”
Supported

Practical guidance before the next crisis.
It doesn't replace your EAP. It fills a specialist gap that most general wellbeing programs aren't designed to address.
THE SOLUTION
Give employees somewhere to turn when caring for Mum or Dad gets hard.
A dedicated support platform for families navigating ageing and dementia.
Employees get practical, specialist guidance from the first concerns about Mum or Dad through diagnosis, difficult behaviours, care at home and residential aged care.
No Googling at midnight. No trying to figure it all out alone.

MORE THAN A PLATFORM
Bring specialist support into your workplace.
Alongside access to My Dementia Playbook, we can create a broader program of support for your people.
Weekly Live Q&As
Every week, your employees can bring me their real situations. Specific question. The moments that happened this week that they didn't know how to handle. I'll answer them personally.
It's also where you'll realise you're not navigating this alone. Every week, families hear someone else describe exactly what they've been going through — and something shifts.
Private Workplace Webinars
Topic-led webinars run exclusively for your employees - "Understanding a Dementia Diagnosis", "Navigating Aged Care", "When It's Time to Have the Hard Conversation".
In-Person Sessions
Lunch-and-learns, workshops, or larger events - run at your office or offsite, tailored to your employees' needs. Melissa presents with warmth, expertise, and lived experience.
Every organisation is different. We'll tailor the right mix of Playbook access, live support and workplace sessions to your workforce, priorities and budget.

Read what families are saying...
“When we first noticed changes in Dad, we didn’t know where to start. Melissa’s videos and checklists helped us make sense of what was happening and talk as a family without it turning into an argument. We finally felt like we had a plan and hope.”
Hayley C, Sydney

“Trying to get Dad into care nearly broke me. Every phone call felt like hitting a wall, and I didn’t even know what questions to ask. Thank you Melissa for helping me finally understood how the system works and how to advocate for Dad. It’s still not easy, but it’s not the constant panic it used to be.”
Libby W, Melbourne

“When Mom’s dementia got harder.. the wandering, the aggression, our family was falling apart. Everyone had a different idea of what to do. Melissa helped us see the bigger picture and gave us tools we could all agree on. We stopped spinning in panic and started working together with empathy instead of fear.”
Sam T, New York

“Mum started repeating stories, forgetting appointments and getting confused by things she'd always known. Every time I raised it she became defensive. Melissa helped us encourage Mum to see a doctor and gave us the right questions to ask. It was a complete game changer.”
Maria (daughter)
"I only wish we'd found Melissa earlier. It would have saved us so much stress, worry and second-guessing."
Rob (son)
“When Dad was diagnosed with dementia, we left the appointment in complete shock. We had no idea what to do next. Melissa helped us make sense of it all. For the first time, we felt like we had a plan.”
Angela W (wife and carer)
“Trying to care for Mom while working and raising kids felt impossible. Melissa's advice was practical, reassuring and actually worked in real life. I felt less overwhelmed almost immediately.”
Priya (daughter)
"The weekly Q&As have been a lifeline. Hearing Melissa answer questions and knowing I'm not the only one going through this makes me feel less alone and much more confident. Thank you thank you!"
Anne S (daughter)
"The hardest part wasn't the memory loss. It was watching my wife change and not knowing how to help. Melissa helped me understand what was happening and gave me practical ways to support her."
John (husband)

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions HR teams ask us first.
How does this fit alongside our EAP?
Most EAPs offer short-term counselling but little specialist guidance on dementia, aged care navigation, or the practical steps of caring for a parent. Melissa Levi complements an EAP rather than replacing it — we focus on the specific, ongoing knowledge gap around ageing-parent care.
Is participation anonymous?
Yes. Employees access the platform directly and their usage is never visible to individual managers. We provide your HR team with aggregate engagement reporting only — never names or details.
How quickly can we launch?
Typical implementation is two to three weeks: account setup, a short internal comms plan, and an optional launch webinar to introduce Melissa to your people.
Can we trial it before committing company-wide?
Yes. We offer a pilot period for teams wanting to test engagement and gather feedback before rolling out to the full employee population.
What if our workforce is spread across multiple states or countries?
The platform is fully digital, so distributed and remote teams access it the same way. In-person events (Enterprise tiers) can be scheduled across multiple offices.
