Dear families,
If you’re here, you probably want to know who I am — not just what I do. That makes sense.
When it comes to something as personal as ageing, dementia, and family decisions, you want to know there’s a real person behind the work.
I live in Sydney with my husband, our three daughters, and our Groodle. Like many of the families I work with, I understand what it means to juggle children, work, ageing parents, and the emotional load that sits quietly in the background.
I care deeply about helping families navigate ageing well.

I believe the most important question isn’t “What’s the matter with you?” It’s “What matters to you?”

My Professional Background:

I spent more than a decade at St Vincent's Hospital within the Older People’s Mental Health Service, working alongside psychiatrists, geriatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals specialising in older adults’ mental health and dementia care.

In addition to clinical work, I have provided advisory, consultancy, and education services to residential aged care organisations, including: Mark Moran Vaucluse, Montefiore Home & Videri.

My work in these settings focuses on:

enhancing the quality of everyday care.

Sector Leadership & Advocacy
I have also worked beyond clinical practice to support broader conversations about ageing in Australia.
I was a key spokesperson for Mable’s 2025/26 Christmas campaign — Australia’s largest online platform connecting families with independent support workers — helping raise awareness about the realities facing families caring for ageing parents.
