Bringing more calmness, clarity & confidence to dementia care.

I help families (spouses and adult children) from the first signs to the hardest moments.

You're in the right place

Dementia is one of the hardest things a family will ever face. There's no guidebook. No one prepares you for the fear, the confusion, or the moments that break your heart.

But there is a way through it, a way to do it better

and you don't have to do it alone.

I've spent almost two decades helping families - just like yours - navigate this journey with more knowledge, more confidence, and more peace of mind. More than 1,000 families have found their way through this with my help. I can help your family too.

The calls I get often start the same way.

"Something has changed and I'm scared."

"I feel like a terrible [daughter/son/husband/wife/carer]."

"I shouted at Mum and I can't stop thinking about it."

"I can't do this anymore."

If any of those sound familiar - you're in the right place.

Imagine this...

Before:

  • Googling at midnight and feeling worse

  • Walking on eggshells around Mum or Dad

  • Snapping, and then hating yourself for it

  • Family conversations keep ending in conflict

  • Feeling alone, scared and unprepared

The families I help:

  • Understand what's happening and why

  • Know exactly what to do next

  • Know how to respond in the hardest moments

  • Your family gets on the same page

  • You'll stop feeling so alone in this

  • You'll have more moments of joy

All of this is possible for your family too

Hi, I'm Melissa Levi

I've been on both sides of this table.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist. But before that, I was a granddaughter watching my grandfather change, and my family not knowing what to do, where to turn, or how to talk to each other without it turning into an argument.

That experience never left me. It's why I've spent almost two decades specialising in dementia and ageing, working with families in my private practice, and consulting with residential aged care homes.

I have helped more than 1,000 families navigate ageing, dementia and caregiving better.

What I hear, again and again: families feel completely alone in this. They can't get timely help. They're searching at midnight and finding generic information that doesn't speak to their situation. They need a real person, someone who genuinely understands, to say "here's what to do next."

That's why I built the Dementia Playbook. So that no family has to do this alone.

What I offer your family...

– PART ONE

The Dementia Playbook

Everything your family needs for every stage of this journey. Strategies, scripts, and step-by-step guidance - available any time, day or night. This can help your entire family.

– PART TWO

Weekly Q&A's

Every week I run Q&A sessions (in future I'll run multiple sessions). This is what private clients pay hundreds of dollars a session for. It's included every week.

CleanShot 2025-06-18 at 14.41_edited.png
CleanShot 2025-06-18 at 14.41_edited.png

All 9 stages, unlocked: One payment gives your whole family lifetime access to every stage - wherever you are now and wherever this journey takes you

A community of families who understand:

You're not navigating this alone. Every week, families at every stage show up, share, and leave less alone than when they arrived

Clarity and a plan: Less fear. Less guessing. A clear picture of what's happening, what to do next, and what's coming so you can be ready for it.

Fewer regrets: The difficult conversations happen. The decisions get made together. You're able to show up for the good moments that are still there.

All of this for a lot less than what I charge for a 1-hour face-to-face appointment

+ Weekly Q&As with Melissa

The Q&A's are my favourite part of the program

My weekly Q&A's, every Friday

I built this program to connect with families around the world. To help make this heartbreaking journey easier.

And we can make it easier.

Every week, you can bring me your real situation. Your specific question. The moment that happened this week that you don't know how to handle.

It's also where you'll realise you're not navigating this alone. Every week, families hear someone else describe exactly what they've been going through — and something shifts.

Many families say this becomes the most valuable part of the program

Melissa

"The weekly Q&As have been a lifeline. Hearing Melissa answer questions, and realising other families are facing the same things, makes me feel less alone and more capable of handling what’s ahead. Thank you thank you!"

Read what families are saying...

image_edited.png

“When we first noticed changes in Dad, we didn’t know where to start. Melissa’s videos and checklists helped us make sense of what was happening and talk as a family without it turning into an argument. We finally felt like we had a plan and hope.”

Hayley C, Sydney

“Trying to get Dad into care nearly broke me. Every phone call felt like hitting a wall, and I didn’t even know what questions to ask. After going through Melissa’s program, I finally understood how the system works and how to advocate for Dad. It’s still emotional, but it’s not the constant panic it used to be.”

Libby W, Melbourne

image.png

“When Mom’s dementia got harder.. the wandering, the aggression, our family was falling apart. Everyone had a different idea of what to do. Melissa helped us see the bigger picture and gave us tools we could all agree on. We stopped spinning in panic and started working together with empathy instead of fear.”

Feedback from families refer to experiences with my dementia and ageing programs and Q&A sessions, not to psychological or clinical services.

You don't need to have these thoughts at 3am

Expect more calmness, clarity & understanding

"Am I doing the right thing for Mum?"

Constant second-guessing about decisions, care choices, and whether you're helping or making things worse

"How much worse is this going to get?"

Anxiety about the future, decline, and what’s coming next

"I can’t do this forever, but I feel so guilty for even thinking that"

Torn between love, duty, and exhaustion

"Why won’t she just let me help her?"

Frustration when Mum refuses help, denies problems, or becomes suspicious or angry

"I feel like I’m losing her piece by piece."

Grief over the changes in her personality, memory, and connection, even while she’s still alive

Common questions

Is this for me/my family?

Are you navigating the ageing, dementia or caregiving journey with Mum, Dad or an ageing loved one? And do you want to understand more, make the journey a bit easier, feel less alone, and provide the best possible care?

If yes - this is absolutely for you!

Don't we need to see you in person?

This is the most common question I get, and the answer is no.

❌ Unfortunately, it's difficult finding affordable and available

professional help (I often have 6+ months waiting lists).

✔️ You can access my workshops and strategies 24/7

✔️ With every package, you get access to my weekly Q&A sessions, where I can answer your family's questions.

✔️ All of this for less than the cost of one face to face session

Is this just for Australians?

No. Ageing, dementia & caregiving is a universal experience.

We all share the same questions, fears and challenges.
The knowledge, strategies and resources in this program have been used by families around the world.
Just note that being Australian, I use 'Mum' instead of 'Mom', 'Ageing' instead of 'Aging'.

What if this isn't right for me?

I'm confident that I can help you and your family. However, if my programs aren't the right solution for you, please contact me within 7 days for a full refund.

What access will I have to Melissa?

If you’re looking for me, this is where you’ll find me: Pre-recorded workshops, live webinars and weekly Q&A sessions. You can also connect with me, my team and other families through our private, member-only community; your extended village (coming soon).
